    i am receiving around 1000 emails on daily basis, most of the message are read on the computer and mobile and every week i am deleting them all together. is there the same function on the android 4.4? i.e. select all and then delete all? i cannot delete 5000 emails manually one by one.

    That's a lotta email...

    It varies depending on what email app you are using. And if you say "The app that came on the phone." well, that varies depending on what phone you have. So I don't know how to do it on your phone or it has that option.

    There's several email clients in the Play store that can do a 'Delete all'. I know my favorite, AquaMail can. It has several delete options, including 'Delete all'.
