I had my Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, and they did not do a good job and eventually refunded us. Basically they couldn't get the screen on with glue properly - they said eventually that they needed to have the glue under UV light to dry properly, and they had attempted to do that and it was a disaster.

Anyone have any experience with this? If I take it to a better shop will they be able to fix it? Right now the screen looks terrible.

By "they", I am assuming you are referring to the people/service that attempted to repair your device. You may take it to another repair shop to see if they can fix it. Replacing the screen from a repair shop that is not authorized by Samsung voids the warranty as well as the policy of most electronics stores (at least with the ones I am familiar with).
