I need help closing all of my tabs now

I'm trying to open up another tab. But I keep getting the same answer that I have to many tabs open. So what I need you to do is explain to me they correct way to close these tabs that I have open .

Which phone and browser are you using? For example, in Chrome tap on the little square with a number in it and then tap on the three dots top right. Select close all tabs.
