Welcome to AC.

You may be able to do it by using your Google account details to log into Android Device Manager and using that to wipe the phone. But be quick....the phone must be switched on - that is, not powered down - and have some battery life.
Also, report the IMEI to your carrier or network provider.
Perhaps report to the police as well.
