How do you fix it when it says it could not be downloaded due to error 492 on a samsung 4g lte

OK so i wanted to download a app and when it finshed it said error could not be downloaded due to error 492 and I still had my 4g signal but also my 4g is running slow also and ever app that I try to download it says that 4 like a couple of weeks and I was working perfectly fine and I had it for almost a month but its not working anymore u use to be able to download now I can't

Can you download apps using WiFi? You could try clearing the cache for Play Store and Play services (in your settings - app manager). Reboot the phone and see if the problem persists. Some users managed to fix it after wiping the cache partition in recovery mode. Tell us how it goes.

Same issue here. Googled for hours. This where the best instructions I found so far, but none of it helped me.
