my internal sd card is damaged what i do for data recovery?

my pone canvas knight A350 its internal sd card is damaged want formating but i want my data back what i do?
data or anything not detect in pc.

There's nothing you can do, since there's no data on it. (If there were, you'd see file names, but the files would be corrupted.) If you don't back up your important data, it's gone. Format it and hope that it's a software problem, not a hardware problem. (If it's hardware, you need a new motherboard.)
