Google Drive pictures left over from the previous owner, how can I get these pictures off of my phone?

Google Drive pictures left over

I have a note 3 and it has drive photos left over from a previous user. No access to their drive account. How to I get the photos off my phone and use my drive account only.

If you're signed into your account, it should only show your Drive account. Otherwise factory reset it.
