Samsung s6 Fingerprint problem

Hello I've encountered a problem with my s6, when I open my phone without trying fingerprint it says an error occured the fingerprint has stopped working if this happens many times restart the phone, I did so nothing fixed. I even reset the phone to factory settings still there but when I delete fingerprint cache it is back working again for some hours and then the error comes back, has anybody encountered the same problem? Does anyone have a fix or know how to set up a command to automatically delete fingerprint cache?
