    For ringtones and notification tones? It should use any file, but a 20 minute ringtone would be kind of silly. It would probably work, though.

    You can use an app like Ringtone Maker to pick the part you want and save it, then use it as a ringtone. (I have about a dozen personalized ringtones I've done that way, and I've made ringtones on my PC using Audacity the same way. [Audacity needs another - free - file to handle mp3 files - the instructions are at the site.])

    You can also grab the Zedge app from the Play Store, they have prolly thousands of sounds. Zedge is free. Google for ringtones as well.
