Market Problem - Cannot purchase new apps

On HTC EVO Android 2.2, trying to purchase an app from the marketplace. I have a GAFYD (Google Apps) account and use a gmail address for google checkout. This configuration has worked for me before and have purchased many apps up until Jan 17th. I can see and download existing paid apps, just cant buy new ones.

Steps:
- Factory Data Reset
- Add GAFYD to new phone setup wizard and account syncs.
- Continue new phone steps
- Homescreen
- Select Market
- Search for "JiggBot" - donation
- Select "Buy"
- Select "Ok"
- Receive "A server error occurred. ...."

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
