This is crazy. The phone is warm when I take it from my purse pocket and it's draining about 15% of the battery every hour!
A new update was available several days later, but that didn't help either. The Verizon store people removed the battery and we did a reset but that didn't help. Then I found this! https://www.androidpit.com/galaxy-s5-android-update
So what the heck is going on with Samsung and this phone?!
I downloaded GSAM battery monitor and it said that the OS is draining most of the power, followed by Cloud, which I don't even USE!
By the way, I see references on the web, to "Lollipop", but see nothing in the OS of my phone that says that.
