Why are all of my Google related apps not working?

All google related apps not working.. please help..

Long story short..
Tryed to download an app (apk)..
Installed it b4 reolizing it was something else..
Then i go to delete it (it was called file manager i think)
And it doesnt let me click on uninstall..
I go to link2sd app, it wont uninstall..
Says something about how i dont have permissions or something..
I go to titanium backup..
It lets me uninstall..
I reboot..
No google apps work..
Youtube (stock) doesnt work..
Says network error or something..
Google play doesnt work..
Gmail doesnt work..
I can use the internet and other apps though..
And can use youtube, gmail on browser..
What is happening?
I tryed to download an apk of fix permissions..
But none of the google apps show up on it..
Only other thing it could be is that i did a naughty right after and downloaded an app called freedom that let me do a free in app purchace..
Its probably that fill manager app that didnt want to let me delete it..
Or is google mad cuz of the freedom app..
What can i do..
Im freaking out sorry..
