Linux 'native' on N8020 (Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE)

hi,
who knows how to run Kali-Linux on on N8020 (Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE) in recovery-mode?
my problem: the size of the boot.img (recovery.img) downloadable on the kali-website is 6 MB. on my N8020 is the partition for this image only 4 MB!
shrinking the boot.img with abootimg doesn't work (updated too big......)
