Why isn't my MP3 player for my S5 downloading music?

mp3 player for s5

Every mp3 player downloaded from play store says that no results found when searching for music. How do I make them work. Never had this problem on my s3 mini

Hello. One of our site Ambassadors, Rukbat, explained this well, but I cannot remember much.

1st try restarting the device.
If your music was already on a card, andoids media scanner will not do a new search for the app.

If you can move the music files to a pc, restart the device and move them back to internal or external storage it should re-scan.
