Can a virus download porn without someone knowledge?

I looked in my BFs

Is it AT ALL POSSIBLE< even remotely, for a "virus" to download porn on someones phone without them being aware of it?

Welcome to Android Central! It probably depends on what kind of porn you're talking about. If it's just some cached images, it's possible that it could be cached images from ads on a website. Some websites that aren't pornographic per se may still carry ads for porn sites, and those images might get cached by the browser.
