    Welcome to Android Central! You might not be able to. SMS is usually sent over the cell signal (i.e., the voice signal) of a cellphone. LTE typically isn't used for voice (except for carriers that have VoLTE, Voice over LTE)--it's for mobile data. Mobile data is needed for MMS, but I'm not sure if SMS can be sent that way. You should ask your carrier if it's possible.
