NAND Write Start FAIL!

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo LTE SMN7505
Been trying for a day, no progress. Always received the same error, error in TWRP also is cannot mount '/data'

Please help

Sounds like a hardware failure - NAND is the internal storage part of the phone, where the ROM and all your apps and data are stored. It's part of a chip on the motherboard. TWRP can't mount /data probably because the area of NAND that /data is in is bad. (Since almost no one does chip-level repairs on any electronics any more, this usually means a motherboard replacement.)
