I lost my external speaker, how can I get it back?

lost external speaker

When I get a phone call or the alarm goes off the external speaker does not work. I have the phone set on vibrate.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Your phone is set on Vibrate, which silences the speaker--so are you saying you can't get it out of Vibrate mode?
