When putting mp4 videos on my phone - I can play them without any problem. Tested this after disconnecting phone from my pc - No errors / Artifacting etc.
Yet after a couple of hours, when I try watching a video at work, I get "Unsupported file type" - there were no problems before hand, and I have not added / removed anything else from my phone, so why all of a sudden do I get the error??
