Welcome to Android Central! Are they all saved networks, or are they just networks that are present around you at that time, while your wi-fi radio is on? You can't get rid of the active networks that the wi-fi detects around it, even if you never log into them.

If you want to get rid of saved networks, go to Settings>Wi-fi, tap Menu>Saved Networks, select the network, and tap Forget.
