    When I receive calls my 4G phone won't ring. I have tried to go into settings. Nothing, I have tried to change ringtones and it won't let me hear those either. My message notifications work

    Welcome to Android Central! Which LG phone is it? 4G only describes which mobile data network it can access.

    First things first--are you sure the ringer volume is turned up? At the homescreen, press the Volume Up button--where is the ringer volume at?
