My phone often freezes and it seems can't read the sd card
Hello, I need help from you guys. My phone (Oppo Joy) often freezes whenever I open apps from SD card. And sometimes I can't restart it so I have to put off the battery and put it on again. I tried to reset factory setting a few weeks ago and I thought my phone would be fine, but it still happens. I can't even play musics and check the photos because it will freeze up. Well after I restarted the phone, I want to move my games to phone storage, but it stucks on calculating data and can't be moved (because it's still loading yet stucked). I succeed open my game for once but suddenly it stopped responding. My sd card is V-Gen 16 GB. For now, I don't want to reset my phone because my game data are important. Thank you for your help.
