MY Volume Keys stopped working and my phone won't get out of safe mode. How can I fix this problem?

MY Volume Keys stopped working and my phone wont get out of safe mode

I had my phone shut down last night charging, and when I turned it on this am it is stuck in safe mode, despite numerous restarts and pulling out the battery. The volume keys stopped working as well.

I'm not sure what's happening with the volume buttons. However, you may need to send the device in for repair. At the very least, contact the manufacturer and see what they recommend.
