How to fix broken Notification Reminder

I recently did a software update on my phone a couple of days ago and ever since the update my phone's notification reminder has not been working properly. When I have Notification reminders set to "ON" and vibrate/LED indicator set to OFF (under notification settings) my phone will still vibrate every minute until I manually dismiss the notification.

I want to have notification reminders on but only for the LED indicator. I do not want my phone to be constantly vibrating to remind me of notifications. Does anyone know what I can do to solve this problem?

Why do you say it's "broken"? If there's no option for what you want to do, it doesn't mean it's broken. It just means that there's no option.

Beyond that, if you don't use vibration for anything else on the phone, turn "Vibration intensity" all the way down and see if that stops the vibrations.
