So before I reset my phone, all my apps were saved onto my SD card. I still have the same space left on my SD card from before I reset it, so I was just wondering on how to download the apps back onto my phone.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you already reset the phone? If so, then you have to install the apps from the Play Store or whichever app store you used. When you move an app to the SD card, you're only moving a portion of it--you aren't "saving" the entire app on the card.

OK thank you I understand now but is there a way that you can get whatever portion you have already saved on the SD card into the app? If that's making sense...

Do you mean the app-specific data (like a saved game) that you had from before? That might depend on the app. You could try reinstalling the app on the phone, then see if it recognizes the data on the SD.
