How can I fix an error message on my Mikona tablet?

my mikona tablet keeps saying launcher has stopped working as well as system UI has stopped working and cant get on to anything not even settings?

Try a Cache Partition wipe.
If no go, get back to us.

How do you clear partitions when you can't get in to anything.
As soon as you boot it goes to the lock screen, you unlock by sliding and the message 'System UI has stopped working' with an OK box beneath. You tap OK and message reapperars immediately. The oriinal error message has already reappeared with another error message underneath. When you tap the OK box for the System UI error you have to be very quick to read the second message which is 'process.com.google.process has stopped' with an OK button beneath it. When you can clear this message you still get the original System UI message which you clear and you then get another message underneath the system ui message which is 'Launcher has stopped'. When you manage to clear the system ui messgae you have to be quick to clear the launcher has stopped message. You need to repeat this proces several times before it will load the home page. This is black (no wallpaper) with Google icons on the far left and icons on the far right which includes the settings icon, all apps icon etc.,. In the mid section of the Home Screen you will find all the apps that you have loaded yourself. This is as far as you go as all you get in the system ui message and the launcher has stopped will repeatedly appear no matter what you do. This tablet has no reset hole, it only has 2 buttons, Power on/off button and the Home button Can anyone help.
Tablet is a 7 inch Mikona 16gb.
