Microphone of my android phone is only working when I connect headphones

Hello, greetings to all ! I hope you can help me.

I have a Chinese phone Amgoo AM513 suddenly began to fail , the microphone listens very interference, in a very low volume in calls and in all applications ( WhatsApp , BBM) . By connecting the headphones, it perfectly solves everything. I tried restoring factory settings but the problem persists .

Anyone know what can I do? Appreciate your help.

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like the primary phone microphone is failing. You'd either have to rely on a wired/Bluetooth headset for a microphone, or get the phone mic repaired.

Can people hear you better on speakerphone? Many phones use a secondary mic for the speakerphone, so if people can hear you on speakerphone, that's another possible solution.
