Why does my tablet chirp when I plug it into my car?

chirpping siren sound

So ive install my tablet into my dash on my mustang i have a 2amps everything is installed correctly just when im gonna plug the charger while car is on it make a chirpping siren sound fades away and then again it happens untill i disconected.. when its not connected to the usb charger it sound great no noise crisp and clear what do i do to fix this.. i have a app that turns on and off my tablet when ignition is turn on or off called auto sleep can anyone help

If it only happens while the car is running, my guess is electrical noise from the alternator interfering with it. Hard to say without hearing it first hand, though.
