Why isn't my Samsung rebooting?

samsung not rebooting

Hi my Samsung gt-18552 is not rebooting, I wipeout data and then pressed reboot device ( I wanted to reset factory settings) and is returning me back to the same screen asking same questions. and is writing msg "root access is missing". Any help please?

Where you trying to root the device? Or did you root the device at some point?

Either way, you should be able to factory reset via recovery mode. Go in there and select factory reset.

I am trying but it says Root access is missing. Root device? I am pressing no and nothing when I press yes same nothing happens
