Why isn't my phone working on 3g network?

my phone is not working on 3g netwok

i have selected wcdma/gsm auto connect in network setting on my lg d838, using it on mobilink pakistan yet it is not showing 3g and working on edge only

I live in Rural area of US and 40 miles away - there is 4gLTE, 4g, 3g, 2g - I could set it for LTE and my area only receives 2g. Certain your area receives 3g?
