how do I get the talk from accessibility off of the phone? It was added by mistake during setup

I was setting up my phone and some how got the talking on there for the hearing and visually impaired. How do I get it off or return to factory settings?

Which phone do you have? You can disable TalkBack in your accessibility settings. When it's enabled normal scrolling and tapping don't work and you need to scroll with two fingers and double tap to navigate through the settings.
