Welcome to Android Central! Which device? Have you already tried a factory reset?

Before the factory reset, go to Settings>Backup & Reset, and uncheck Automatically Restore. Then do the factory reset.

After the reset is done and you've completed the Setup Wizard, go immediately to the Play Store and stop any app from automatically installing. Now check to see if you still have the virus. If not, start reinstalling apps one by one, being very careful with games (especially if they're knockoffs of very popular games), gambling apps, "RAM boosters," and porn. Don't install any apk files, or anything from app sources besides Google Play Store or Amazon.

yes i did that factory reset but it is still there
engriks,pro,mobileocr,measure and zodiac when those four pop up, and says engriks isn't responding and other etc.
my phone will now malfunction and quick restart sometimes some of my apps wont work specially my keyboard i cant type my keyboard no.
when i go to my online game it will auto restart quick boot
it is so hustle i cant play nicely my phone was octa core and now it was too laggy
please i need assistance of this problem buddy reply asap thnx

I`d already tried factory data reset but nothing`s happen
my mom is so angry to this virus so many virus
when I turned on my wifi engriks,pro,adobe air and measure
will in my screen it said unfortunately stop and if I uninstall

flash official firmware via odin. If you havent heard of odin, then get your phone flashed by a professional. I have seen such problems in many mediatek devices and some non mediatek samsung devices. I was able to fix all such phones by flashing official firmware. This is the safest and easiest way to gt rid of such virus

Hey man put this all besides. Its very simple. Engricks comes with your root privellages which you can't delete , disable or uninstall. To remove it most simple method without deleting your phone's data or formatting or flashing is just unroot your phone. After than you can remove engricks and all those viruses which comes with it. After some time you can again root your phone and this time install a app known as purify in it. It is far much better in cleaning and fastening your phone than any other app but it is strong very strong

hello everybody! about engrik. ..., you can stay rooted and manage them.here we go : 1st you need root, download Link2sd and install it on your phone, open it, grant root access.then will appear all your phone applications list. look for engrik, open its setting, delete its cache and freeze5 it .it will not bother you again. do the same for the other applications :mobile ocr....

CM Security does NOT work. After several attempts to remove the virus (malware) it referred to another program by cheetah called "Stubborn Trojan Killer" which asks for root access to kill virus (actually 9 of them on my phone/tablet). And it doesn't work either.
