I get an Error when not connected to mobile data, what do I do?

"Error" when not connected to mobile data

I updated yesterday and I notice that when I'm not connected to mobile data I now have a little exclamation mark error all the time. Do I seriously have to have this all the time or is there a way of changing it, it's really not making me happy!
