Most of my calls keep going right to voicemail. It's a Moto 3, on Boost. Help!!!

Most of my calls keep going right to voicemail. Occasionally it'll ring, but rarely. Then there's usually a delay in getting a notification of the voicemail and I don't always get the sound notification of the voicemail. Sounds are enabled in settings. What's wrong, what do I do?? Is this a Boost thing or a phone thing? It makes the phone virtually unusable. Help!!!
