Why isn't my HTC One M8 charging , even not turning on?

my phone s battery died , came to charge it , not charging

Welcome to Android Central! Leave it plugged into a wall outlet for at least 4 hours without disturbing it. Then try powering on again.

After going through two M8's with bad USB ports, don't rule out a hardware issue with the phone itself. Do try another charger and cable but those usually give you at least a charge indicator even if it is too bad to charge. If you've got nothing, I would have expect something with either the port, or perhaps the motherboard.
