About 1.5 years ago I broke my CNM Touchpad 9 DC and have only just rediscovered it and decided to replace the digitiser.
Although because its been so long, I have forgotten the pass word. So there is no way of getting into any settings that way at all!
When I try the old "volume and power button" trick. It either doesn't effect it at all and just boots like normal to the password screen where I get stuck. Or on the rare occasion it will start to boot and then go to the screen where there is the Andriod on its side, belly open and a red triangle above him.
I know that the red triangle is supposed to indicate corrupted data, but it does everything like normal when booting as normal.
Is there a different way to get into the factory recovery mode to hard reset the device?? Or am I left with a light up paper weight...?
