BT, British Telecom? You need an app to use the WiFi they provide you at your home? There must be some feature that the app is looking for that your device dowsn't support.

Re: your device isn't compatible with this version

I looked at a brief review of the Pixi 3.5 spec. Some are running Firefox OS, or Windows instead of Android.

They also don't support 4G, afaik.

Either way, looking at the app page on the Play Store, there's no indication why, though it may need LTE radios, I don't know.

Best thing always is contact the developer by email found at the bottom of the Play Store page.

Or of course regular customer support for your account.

Sorry can't be of more help.

Yes you are a genius! I wouldn't have attempted that.
Rubbish that BT are ringing their hands. I absolutely detest them as a company. Good luck.

(British Telecom were the only landline provider in the UK, own half the commercial property in the country, and couldn't give a hoot if they made a mistake that left you without a line. Ahhh! feel better now. :D ...)
