Samsung Galaxy A5 Smartphone sound issue

I sell mobile phone in my site [URL redacted by Mod] and recently I sold few copies of A5, Unfortunately, two of my customer complained about sound issues. I passed all the support and solutions I can find on internet. But none of them worked. Is anyone else out there having same issues? If you are have been able to figure it out of how to fix Samsung Galaxy A5 Smartphone sound problem?
