Actually yesterday my mobile was stolen and still now its switched off. But in my phone i have put pattern password for security purpose. The one who took my Celkon Q500 phone can open the pattern password easily or the mobile will be flashed if it could be difficult to open. The photos and videos can be viewed by that fellow.

    Pl answer me.

It's very unlikely that whoever has it would be able to open it in that way. Think of the number of possible patterns....and after several wrong tries, the phone would then presumably demand the Google account details, or Factory Reset and wipe itself.

You may find that Android Device Manager can help, though it does require the phone to have a data connection.

Also of course, report the incident to your carrier so that they can block the phone, and indeed to the police.
