My phone is broken and I'm sending it to Samsung for repair. They gave me some kind of transaction number and told me to write it on the box for shipment. I could barely hear the guy for the instructions and it was just confusing because the phone was crackling. Can anyone help me? What should i put in the box? Where am I supposed to go to ship it and I heard that it wouldn't cost anything because the company covered it but how does that work?

You should contact them by email... That way the instructions / address are clear.
Last thing you want to do at this point is get the RMA and other information wrong.
