[AC Question]

I have an LG3 vigor and bought a Samsung evo 64gb micro SD card. I formatted and mounted the card and it shows 59.6gb available. I followed the online instructions to copy pictures from internal storage to SD card. But after I select the pics and tap "copy", the instructions say that there should be pop up box that asks where I want to copy the pics to and one of the choices should be "SD card". However, on my phone when I tap "copy", the pop up box shows me 3 folders:
1. Android >data>com.amazon.kindl>files>no files. the are several files like this including facebook, and google
2. LGbackup - no files
3. lost.dir - no files
Should I move my pictures to one of these? I tapped "ok" without choosing one of these and all it did was add all my pics individually to the SD card - not in a folder.
What am I doing wrong????

Welcome to Android Central! What are you using to copy the files? The preinstalled file manager app?

It'd be much easier for you to connect the phone to your computer via USB, then use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the photos. Photos taken by the camera would be in the /DCIM/Camera directory on the phone's Internal Storage. The microSD card should show up separately in Windows Explorer.
