Can I make my Samsung Z1[tizen os] Android?

can i make my samsungz1[tizen os] android

i have a samsung z1 it had a tizen os.it had lack of apps.and it was quite different from android and it was useless and waste.can i turn samsung z1,android by flashing or somewhat like that.please help me and state the procedure for making samsung z1, android
samsung z1 specifications:
Tizen OS, v2.3
Chipset Spreadtrum SC7727S
CPU Dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7
GPU Mali-400
4 GBROM, 768 MB RAM

I'm not entirely sure this can be done. I did find a link that states you can do it, with a reference to XDA. But I can't find the original XDA thread, which then makes me question the entire process.

Edit: Something else that makes me uneasy about that is they don't show any screenshots of 'About device' which shows the Z1 running Android. I can provide a bunch of LP screenshots right now and claim it's for the Z1.

The download page triggered a few alarms on a few programs.

I wouldn't try it unless I had a Tizen ROM to flash in case the Android ROM was bogus (although the comments say it's not - but anyone can post comments to his own site under different names).
