my all Google apps date in older than system

All Google apps date is older and also they are not opening

Welcome to Android Central! Which device? Is it rooted? Did the device come with Google apps preinstalled, or did you have to install them yourself?

Yes I did root.
And one day device wasn't working well so did factory reset and after this I just can't use any Google app.
Also all my preinstalled apps date is really old and some Google apps in settings shows 0 MB and yes Google apps were preinstalled.
