How can I fix a reset problem?

after reset problems

I had to factory reset my phone, I have a LG stylo and it asks me for the google account that was previously synced to my phoneso I put it after it ask for the password after I put it it goes back and asks for my google account (it says the email that was previously on my phone)please help I need to contact my family ASAP
