Welcome to Android Central! You have some sort of adware or malware on your phone. Try uninstalling apps one by one until the issue goes away. Or do a factory reset, and then after the Setup Wizard is done, go immediately to the Play Store and stop any app from automatically installing. Does the problem persist?
