My phone is stuck on mute. I can hear people but they can't hear me.

My phone is stuck one mute, and nobody can hear me. I did the factory reset and it didn't help. How do I fix this?

While on the phone, pull it away from your face - can you see a mic toggle, what happens when you press it?
