LG stylo locks itself in a black screen showing an analog clock. How I can get the phone to work?

LG stylo goes into a screen that it shows an analog clock and the rest is black. When I turn in on it tell me to "open cover", however I don't have a cover on the phone. Is the phone damage from factory? I only had the phone for 2 weeks.

Welcome to Android Central! It thinks you have the special LG Quick Circle Folio cover, which probably works by using certain magnets in the cover that trigger a Quick Circle sensor in the phone. Do you have anything near the phone that has magnets? Are you using a 3rd party case?
