How can I unstall the AT&T DriveSafe Application from my Android?

The app engages even when I am just a passenger in other vehicles and sends out text messages automatically to anyone that texts me while moving. I need to uninstall it completely and not just disable it.

Was it preinstalled on the phone, or did you choose to install it? If it was preinstalled, you probably can't uninstall it unless you root the phone.
