ZUK Z1 unlock boot loader, how can I do it?

ZUK Z1 unlock boot loader

HI I have purchased zuk z1 i want to unlock bootloader of it but while i am connecting to windows no RSA pop up comes also i have checked its drivers also installed properlly . i am using windows 8.1 and when i am run the adb devices command no such device shows in list of device .
