I had a voice mail and when I opened it all I heard was a beeping noise, how do I retrieve my voice mail?

i had a voice mail and when i opened it all i heard was a beeping noise

i was in a phone call when someone else tried to ring me. they left a voicemail but when i rang my voicemail and listened to it all i heard was a beeping noise. how can i know who tried to ring me???

Hi, welcome to the forums! Can't you get that information in your call history log? Which phone do you have? In most phones you can even that information opening the dialer and selecting "recents".
